Two Intelligent People talk about Risk
I was very pleased to receive an email from an IT audit manager in New Jersey after the webcast that Richard Anderson and I held on December 1st. He said “What a pleasure to listen to two intelligent people share their knowledge and thoughts. Please extend my thanks and compliments. I am really looking forward to the webinar next week”. I also received a message from a Corporate Defense Strategist in Ireland, saying that he found our discussion very interesting and also congratulated us.
If you missed it, a recording of the webinar can be found here.
Speaking for myself, I enjoyed listening to Richard explain his position on the difficult topic of risk appetite and discuss the push and pull between the need to “take risk” for profit and the need to constrain “risk-taking” by exercising control.
We have a second webinar (free) on December 8th. You can register here. The topic this time will be People and Culture.
I am also pleased to share that we have set the dates for our first three one-day workshops in 2016. They will be in Tampa, London, and Chicago.
These Risk Conversations will be limited to about 50 people so we can have a participative discussion about effective risk management.
Details are at www.riskreimagined.com.
We would love to see you!
